OPTIONS
1. Pulling a title means that you no longer want to distribute a specific work and you are ready for the book to become “out-of-print.” This option pulls your book from distribution and stops any future sales. However once an ISBN has been assigned to any work, a permanent fingerprint will always exist. A title never disappears 100%. All we can do is prevent any new book sales. If a book is already in inventory within a bricks and mortar store, the book will continue to sell; however the book will not be eligible for re-stocking.
**If you are ‘pulling’ a POD, you still have the option to buy author copies. This option will be available to you indefinitely. Just log into your online account and place an order as you have previously done.
The time line process of pulling a title can take 3 days to 60 days across all of our distribution partners. If at any time after the 60 day mark from your request you still notice your title is listed on a book seller’s web site, please let us know and we will do our best to help facilitate its removal.
Fee for ‘pulling’ a title is $25.00 per ISBN
2. If you are in need of making content changes only to your title – pulling the title is not the correct option. To make content changes, please submit the corrected manuscript or contact a service rep to assist you in submitting the corrections to us in the required format.

3. A Temporary Hold on a POD is possible. We will pull your title from distribution for a time period of no more than 6 months. Once you request a temporary hold, it can take up to 60 days for the title to be temporarily removed from distribution. Ebooks do not qualify for a temporary hold.
Fee for ‘temporary hold’ is $25.00 per ISBN – Additional fees will apply at the time of request for a reinstatement
4. Re-Instatement of a title is also an option after a title has been pulled for any length of time after 60 days of the ‘pull’ request. Our working files of your title are a permeant part of our interior library. Our policies require us to keep all working docs in our system indefinitely. This makes things easy for you – if and when you would like to place your title back into distribution.

By submitting the form below, you agree to the ‘status change’. You are also agreeing with our terms and conditions. You understand that a FEE will be invoiced to you based on your ‘status change’ request. Once payment in full has been submitted the ‘status change’ of your title will go into effect.
YOU MUST USE ONE FORM SUBMISSION FOR EACH ISBN – IF YOUR TITLE IS IN EBOOK AND POD FORMAT, YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM TWICE. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR SUBMITTED FORM, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE. AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, WILL MAKE YOUR REQUESTED CHANGE.
TIPS
If you are pulling your book due to lack of sales, please contact your sales rep for a free one on one consult prior to completing this form. Review and design a game plan of action from our Marketing TIP Booklet. If you need another copy of the booklet – send us an email request and we will be happy to email you a replacement copy. All of our staff has been trained and everyone is extremely knowledgeable on marketing tactics that can assist you in obtaining sales.
Please remember, obtaining sales is not only an ongoing process, but a process that takes time and dedication. Our job is not to sell your book, but to provide a global platform of a professionally formatted title, that will enable every person access to your title. You put a lot of hard work into getting your title complete and globally distributed, now you have to get moving on obtaining sales!
